I offer counselling in private and confidential settings, conveniently located in Helensburgh and in Glasgow city centre.
Choosing a counsellor is a very personal decision. Understandably, you will want to be sure you find a counsellor you know you can trust, as well as finding out about what counselling can do for you. In our first appointment you can decide if you would like to continue working with me, and I can also give you any information you may need. There is no commitment to take up further appointments.
My fee is £35 per hour session.
A typical counselling session lasts an hour. Sessions can take place over short or longer term periods of time. This can be negotiated as we progress.

I work from The Royal Sailors Rest Braeholm, Helensburgh and The Consulting Rooms in Glasgow, which both offer relaxing and pleasant surroundings for your counselling session.
